30th Annual Day for the Queen
Day for the Queen is one of the most anticipated events of the summer. The Day offers the widest variety of participation and is dedicated to the enjoyment of life in the community. The festivities take place on August 17, 2007 at Silverado Country Club and Resort.
The day begins in the morning with tennis and golf tournaments for the sport enthusiasts. Mid-day there is a luncheon followed by a fashion show. The climax of the day is an evening barbecue dinner and dance. Prizes are awarded for the winners of tournaments and gifts are given to all participants. Those who wish to attend can subscribe to a multi-event ticket or attend only those functions that appeal to them.
Revenues raised at this event are earmarked for specific equipment or services for the Queen of the Valley Medical Center.

Annual Foundation Dinner
The Annual Dinner offers an evening of fun, surprises and announcements. The event, held at Silverado Country Club, features wonderful food and wine from the Napa Valley.
The Annual Dinner is an event of gratitude and thank you's providing a warm setting for entertaining friends or clients while supporting Queen of the Valley. The Annual Dinner this year will be in November 15, 2007.

The Queen of the Valley Hospital Foundation will host the Queen's 50th Anniversary Gala on March 1, 2008

15th Annual Reach for the Stars
This annual event sponsored by Queen of the Valley Hospital Foundation features a luncheon/fashion show which is dedicated to all those who have ever been touched by cancer. This show is held at The Meritage Resort this year. It has played to a full house since its inception. The lunch is followed by the fashion show, which features some of finest fashions in the Bay Area.
The next Reach for the Stars will be in April 26, 2008 at the Meritage Resort in Napa.
The fashion show models come from all walks life and are cancer survivors who, as part of this show, are "Reaching for the Stars." Their enthusiasm carries the show to heights of emotion that bring the audience to a standing applause.
Each year the funds raised are dedicated to equipment and services that are specifically used for cancer treatment at the Queen of the Valley Hospital.
