Circle of Friends
The Foundation's annual giving club, Circle of Friends, is open to all
that make a single gift of $300 or more each year. Members of the Circle of Friends not only give to the mission of the Foundation, but also serve as
ambassadors for Queen of the Valley Hospital. Throughout the year, members learn about the
Queen and how it serves the community. Members are
also invited to events that will increase their knowledge about healthcare. Friends are honored at an annual event and
receive a variety of other benefits.
Giving Categories are as follows:
• Platinum Member: $5,000.00
• Diamond Member. $2,500.00
• Gold Member: $1,000.00
• Silver Member: $500.00
• Bronze Member: $300.00
Hall of Honor
The Hall of Honor offers permanent recognition to those who have made a cumulative contribution of $2,000 or more to Queen of the Valley Hospital Foundation. Members of the Hall of Honor
move upward from one donor category to the next depending upon their cumulative gift amount. Individuals and business whose names appear on this permanent display are invited to
attend an annual event to recognize and honor their commitment to Queen of the Valley Hospital.
The following categories of membership of the Hall of Honor are offered:
• Philanthropist: $1,000,000 +
• Guardian: $500,000 - $999,999
• Humanitarian: $250,000 - $499,999
• Benefactor: $1000,000 - $249,000
• Patron: $50,000 - $99,999
• Sponsor: $25,000 - $49,999
• Donor: $10,000 - $24,999
• Contributor: $5,000 - $9,999
• Subscriber: $2,000 - $4,999
